Hey you guys! I am so excited about this blog post. Not only have I been able to try one of the best clothing products out there, but this is also my first sponsored blog post and I am super excited about this company and this opportunity.
Now! Let’s talk about prAna! I can’t brag enough about this company. Where should I start. Let’s start with some background information. Their products are made with organic cotton which means they feel super soft and are very sustainable. Their eco-friendly pieces are perfect for work and play. I love that the passion behind prAna is to create clothing that have “purpose”. If you are all for supporting companies that are environmentally friendly then you definitely have to prAna to your wardrobe.
Printables, planners, and calendars are some of my favorite products to create (click here to see my Printables). There’s a ton of free resources available on Pinterest too (follow my Printables board here). But there is nothing like an Emily Ley binder or planner. All of their products are hot, but I had to do a quick review on two of their most famous and my favorite products.
I don’t know what I would do without my household binder. This binder helps me keep up with my expenses, managing my schedule, and plan meals. Emily Ley’s Home Based Binder can help you do this and more.
I have contemplated for a while about purchasing a Cricut machine. My dreams of owning one have finally become a reality and the timing could not be more perfect! I was so excited to get my Cricut in the mail but I waited several days to open it. I wanted to make sure when I opened it, I had enough time to sit down and play with it. To my surprise, it was very easy to set up. Click on the pic to see the Cricut up close.
After my trip to South Beach Miami in February 2017 for my 40th birthday, I caught the “travel bug” and I knew instantly that this was the first of many vacations I planned to take. Being a school counselor, I’m lucky enough to have the summers off and after talking with a coworker who traveled to the Dominican Republic alone the previous summer, I felt that this would be a great destination for not only my first solo trip but also for my first international trip.
Once I decided that Punta Cana was going to happen I immediately began to research places to stay. With the options being endless, I of course turned to Facebook to ask for recommendations. I received very little suggestions and when researching them, I didn’t feel 100% about whether or not they met my needs.
Just like any new chapter in life, there are phases. If you read my first post for The Suddenly Single Chronicles then you may be aware that I was inspired to write about my dating and relationship experiences. Heartbreak is probably the hardest phase to get over, at least for me it is. What I can’t understand is, how do you get over a relationship that never really was a relationship? Then I realized, it’s not the ending of this non-relationship that has me feeling brokenhearted, it’s the man that I grew an emotional attachment to that has me feeling this way.
It’s amazing how hearing a song play on the radio can bring you to tears. No matter how many times you tell yourself you are going to be okay, you can never seem to get over the feeling of being brokenhearted. You might hit the gym, go to church, bury yourself into your work, or even try and meet someone else but that ache you feel is still there at the end of the day. You know there is a silver lining, but it just seems so far away.
