Article post main picture on digestive health.

Have you ever experienced bloating, digestive discomfort, or infrequent bowel movement? Trust me, you are not alone. Any time I ate something like ice cream, pizza, or had cream in my coffee, I suffered from discomfort. I blamed this discomfort on my lactose intolerance. However, after trying Country Life’s Gut Connection vitamins, I realized my discomfort may have less to do with what I eat and more to do with my digestive health. Continue reading and find out how to follow your gut to good digestive health.

What are Gut Connection Vitamins?

Gut Connection is a groundbreaking, probiotic-free approach to digestive health. It’s not your basic vitamin. There are 8 unique formulations that balance your gut microbiome (Cognitive, Digestive, Energy, Immune, Mood, Sleep, Stress, and Weight). Each of these boost your existing probiotics with whole food fermentate. This allows your healthy stomach lining to efficiently absorb the clinically studied ingredients in each Gut Connection, providing you with personalized solutions for your everyday issues. In my case, it helped with (not cured) my sensitivities to dairy products and foods that would normally have me regretting I ate them in the morning. Visit Country Life Vitamins for more information on how each of these vitamins work and their supplement facts.

My personal thoughts

Product packaging for digestive health

Let me start by saying, the sample kit I received courtesy of Moms Meet was amazing! It included three different bottles of Gut Connection vitamins, a water bottle (it keeps my water cold all day), a poopie emoji squishy, a pen, and a journal to keep track of whether or not I took my vitamins and document my eating habits.

Actual digestive health pill size.

To be honest, I hate taking pills and I was a little intimidated to take these capsules. In the past, taking vitamins left me feeling nauseous which discouraged me from taking them regularly. This was not the case with Gut Connection vitamins. I sampled the Energy Health and Digestive Health vitamins for approximately two weeks. I took one in the morning with breakfast and one at night during dinner. Read the directions on the bottle because some formulas recommend you take up to four capsules a day.

Now, I can’t say that after taking the energy formulated vitamins I had a burst of energy. but what I can admit is that I didn’t have the urge for that morning cup of coffee. I actually exchanged my coffee for water which was much needed. Of course that was a personal decision but I did miss the coffee. More importantly, my stomach felt great! I had regular bowel movements, less bloating, and I even ate ice cream without the cramping and crying. Please remember, these vitamins didn’t cure me of anything. I’m just saying I felt better.

I say yes to good digestive health

Bottom line, I would recommend these vitamins to anyone wanting to get their gut health back on track. They are gluten-free, vegan, and contain ingredients that are beneficial to your colon and your stomach with minimal side effects. I didn’t have any issues with taking these vitamins. In fact, I can’t wait to try some of the other formulas, especially the weight health ones.
