Hey you guys! I am so excited about this blog post. Not only have I been able to try one of the best clothing products out there, but this is also my first sponsored blog post and I am super excited about this company and this opportunity.
Now! Let’s talk about prAna! I can’t brag enough about this company. Where should I start? Let’s start with some background information. Their products are made with organic cotton which means they are environmentally friendly, they feel super soft and are very sustainable. Their eco-friendly pieces are perfect for work and play. I love that the passion behind prAna is to create clothing that have “purpose”. If you are all for supporting companies that care about the world in which we live, then you definitely have to add prAna to your wardrobe.
Yes, that is me in my prAna! I received the Juniper Pant (Size: L; Color: Green Kali) and the Deedra Sweater Tunic (Size: XL; Color: Auburn). I like my sweaters big! As soon as I opened the package, I immediately got excited and couldn’t wait to wear these items. The pants were soft, colorful, and stretchy. I love the way they fit in the legs then bell out at the bottom. The sweater was so comfortable and the fit is just right. It didn’t hug me and the slits on the side made it easy to move around in.
I’m a school counselor and our dress code at work is business casual, meaning no denim except on “denim days”. I sometimes find myself running all over the school so staying comfortable is very important. Honestly, I felt like a was breaking the rules a little because the Juniper Pant feels like yoga pants. I can wear these pants to work and go workout after! I could literally live in these pants! Whether you are going grocery shopping, walking in the park, doing yoga, or just hangout out with friends, you can wear these pants anywhere. They are that versatile.
The Deedra Sweater is thin enough to wear in the fall but warm enough to wear in the winter, layered with a top underneath, depending on where you live. I live in North Carolina and I can totally see myself taking both the pants and the sweater to the beach in this October weather. This sweater looks great with the Juniper pants but it would also be cute with some jeans (prAna has great options, click here) and a cute pair of boots. The possibilities are endless.
So, bottom line… When it comes to prAna, I am definitely a fan. Here are some of my pros and cons.
Pros: Made of sustainable materials (organic cotton, hemp, and recycled poly); Eco-Friendly; Versatile; Stylish; Comfortable; Durable
Cons: A little pricey
My only con is that the cost is a little pricey. However, the quality of clothing sold by prAna is well worth the money.
